About the role:

- Up to £13.50 per hour
- Monday - Friday
- 9.00am - 5.00pm

Duties: - Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorisation.
- Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centres.
- Communicate with supplies to resolve invoice discrepancies or obtain additional information.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payments, electronic transfers, and strip transactions.
- Schedule and coordinate payment runs.
- Reconcile and process employee expense reports
