About the role:

  • Immediate start available!
  • Magherafelt
  • Up to £13.50 per hour
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9.00am - 5.00pm

Duties:
  • Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorisation.
  • Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centres.
  • Communicate with supplies to resolve invoice discrepancies or obtain additional information.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process payments, electronic transfers, and strip transactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate payment runs.
  • Reconcile and process employee expense reports
