The Job

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager with a strong background and knowledge of the property sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Senior Property Manager, excellent interpersonal skills, experience managing client interactions with professionalism and efficiency. From coordinating maintenance and managing budgets to liaising with tenants and landlords, this role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for property and exceptional organisational skills. The Person

The ideal candidate will have;

• Previous experience working as a senior property manager OR property manager (Essential)
• A UK driving license (Essential)
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work and adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
• A can- do attitude
• Be ready to hit the ground running
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlooks, Word, PowerPoint etc)

Your Package/Benefits:

• Salary £33,000- £35,000 dependant on experience
• Full-time in office Monday – Friday
• Employer pension contribution
• Monthly bonus’
• Use of the company car when needed for viewings
• Ability to grow and develop your career
