Salary - £50,000 - £60,000+
Head office – Tyrone Northern Ireland

Specialise in manufacturing large recycling plants. This business is a secure & growing company, looking an experienced Site Installations Engineer to manage 3-5 other engineers on installations works and repairs.
Very strong order book and demand for their products is constant.
Responsibilities
· Lead a small team of 3-4 Installation Engineers, installing & commissioning, recycling plants, mainly in the UK but can also other countries if required.
· When not managing a new plant installation, you will be servicing existing customer equipment.
· Manage staff on site, complete installations to high quality standard and customer satisfaction
· Communicate with head office about installations progress.
· Be the point of contact on site for customers, identify & resolve all issues, work with customer engineers.
· Ensure all staff follow site H&S requirements.
Requirements
· Previous Mechanical Installations & Servicing experience, ideally from Recycling Equipment, Crushing & Screening, Quarry, Concrete or Large Capital Equipment setting.
· Strong Mechanical installations knowledge, any electrical knowledge is a bonus.
· Good planning, supervising, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
· Able to travel for work and stay overnight.
· Ideally 2+ years installing or servicing heavy equipment such as Recycling, Crushing, Screening, Concrete or other large capital equipment.

£50,000 - £65,000+ (open to options around pay & allowances)
