Continuous Improvement Manager (No Travel)

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a long-standing food manufacturer based in Craigavon to recruit for a Continuous Improvement Manager to help improve processes and procedures across the business, therefore improving efficiency and production.

Looking for a senior level Continuous Improvement role with no overseas travel?

Interested in a role with career development opportunities up to board level?

I am keen to speak to candidates coming from a continuous improvement, LEAN and business improvement background who are interested in driving efficiencies.

FMCG or Manufacturing experience is essential!

You will need:

• A degree or degree level qualification in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in change management including end-to-to responsibility for initiatives
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, Lean, Kaizens, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, 5Y’s, Kanban and value stream mapping etc.

• Food industry experience (preferable)

Package between £60-£70k, depending on experience including personal bonus and company bonus (depending on performance)
