Your new role

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-end fit-out projects from inception through to completion. Your key duties will include:

  • Overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring that all phases are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Managing project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
  • Addressing any issues or delays promptly and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. This role involves limited UK travel, depending on the requirements of the project, providing a balance between on-site presence and office-based management.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need previous experience managing similar high-end fit-out projects, demonstrating your ability to lead and deliver projects successfully within timeframe and budget. You should possess relevant tickets and certifications, such as CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, or equivalent. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded. This role will require the successful applicant to be flexible with limited UK travel required, which will depend on the requirements of the project.
