MCS Group is seeking a talented Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst to join a leading non-profit organisation based in Belfast. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and optimise the organisation's CRM and IT systems to ensure maximum value for end users
• Gather and analyse user requirements, delivering innovative technical solutions to meet their needs
• Assess and improve existing processes, identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement new technical solutions and oversee their successful integration
• Provide staff training and best practice guidance, empowering teams to excel in their roles

What You Need to Succeed:

• A degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Systems, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role
• Proven ability to address challenges with effective technological solutions
