Your new role

As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in financial management and analysis within the estate agency. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring costs, and improving profitability. You will work closely with the Finance Director and other departments to optimise financial processes and support strategic decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

• A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
