Role: Administrator – Temporary – Belfast
Job Overview
VANRATH are assisting our client, a large organisation, in their search for an Administrator for a temporary position, with the possibility of extension.
- Salary: £25,000
- 37 hours per week
- Belfast office, with on-site parking
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out various administrative and clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailing, as required.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Organise and maintain records, files, and databases efficiently.
- Assist team members with administrative duties and help coordinate scheduling.
- Contribute to the creation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures at all times.
Essential Criteria:
- GCSEs (grades A-C, including Maths and English) OR 2 A-Levels (grades A-C), OR equivalent qualifications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- At least 1 year’s experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, along with strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
