We are currently recruiting a Part-time Administrator for our well established client in Lisburn.
This role would be working 2 days per week
£11.50 per hour
Job Duties
1.Maintenance of all electronic and paper-based employee records and documents as required to ensure accuracy
and completeness.
2. Oversee the input and maintenance of employee details on our time management system, ensuring that leavers
files are archived in accordance with data retention requirements and legal compliance.
3.Ensure annual leave, sickness and absence recording is accurate and up to date with our time management
system.
4. Assist with the onboarding of new associates, ensuring timely completion of all probation reviews within the
designated timeframes
5. Seek assistance from department Team Leads to ensure fit notes / return to work / self-certificates and all
associated documents are returned and accurately completed, recorded and filed in line with TMS data.
6. Maintenance of DBS background checks for all new and current employees. Ensuring documentation is
accurately recorded and renewal applications are submitted within relevant timeframes and details accurately
maintained.
7. Oversee the distribution and maintenance of uniforms to ensure all employees and promptly address any issues
related to uniform availability, condition or compliance with company standards. Maintain uniform database.
8. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms, monitoring and
recording application submissions and coordinating interviews.
9.Act as the Monitoring Officer for all recruitment inline with best practice as per Equality Commission Code of
Practice for annual submissions.
10. Monitor the HR and Recruitment Inbox’s ensuring timely response to requests / filing of documents & emails
accordingly.
Essential Criteria
1.Mathematics and English GCSE or equivalent grade C or above
2.Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically excel, power point, word and outlook.
3. Experience of database useage.
4.Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
5. Previous experience in maintaining confidential employee records / business information
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
