You will lead on HR advisory services, including employee relations, recruitment, and absence management, while ensuring compliance with legislation. This role focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships and driving people-focused initiatives in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• You will build effective and working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Provide advice and guidance to support with a range of HR policies and HR related issues
• Ensure compliance of relevant HR legislation
• Support recruitment and selection campaigns
• Monitor, analyse and manage absence management, identify trends and propose solutions as appropriate.
• ER, recognition and reward, performance management and development
• Work closely with people team to support the delivery of key objectives
• Provide expertise on a range of HR generalist issues

The Person

• Degree educated preferably within HRM, Business or related subject
• CIPD qualified
• 3-5 years HR exp, ideally gained within a professional environment, (financial services, law, accountancy or similar)
• Strong influencing skills with ability to manage upwards
