VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting an interim Management Accountant to join a leading manufacturing business based in Coleraine. This is an initial interim contract however due to the nature of the business there is a possibility that this could go beyond the initial time frame. Are you a Qualified Accountant with experience of working in a commercial setting?

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Management Accountant will be responsible for the producing monthly accounts, alongside commentary for senior management. To be considered for this role it is essential to have previous experience in a similar role, ideally with strong Excel skills.

About you

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Management accountant experience
• Results driven with an eye for detail
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Available at short notice

What you’ll do

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Completion of budgets and forecasts
• Cashflow forecasting
• Review of balance sheet reconciliations
• Analysis of spend/overheads
