ONE Administrator urgently needed an immediate start to work within the Occupational Therapy Department in Antrim Area Hospital. This is a part time position and the hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 12.45pm with a rate of pay of £11.67 per hour. This is a temporary position set to last a minimum of 6 months with a strong likelihood of extension. The main job duties of this role will be:
- Answering Email and Telephone Correspondence
- Maintaining a filing and database system.
- Manage internal booking system, making appointments for service users.
- Use Microsoft Systems daily such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Any other general Administration/Clerical roles that may be required.
What We Need From You
- 4 GCSEs (A-C), Including English and Math
- Relevant experience

- £11.67 per hour.
- A minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata).
