Our public sector client seeks a Temporary Ongoing Receptionist based in Lisburn
Working 5 out of 7 days per week, rota based between 8am-6pm. 37.5 hours per week
Rate of pay £11.45 per hour

RecCoLisburn

Duties include:

  • Reception duties.
  • Use of computer systems to include data input and retrieval of information.
  • Maintenance of filing systems.
  • Processing mail.
  • Processing and collating information.
  • Taking and relaying messages/information.
  • Dealing with a range of queries.
  • Preparation and transportation of medical and other records.
  • Making appointments.
  • Arranging meetings.
  • General office duties such as photocopying and faxing.

Essential Criteria

* Candidate must have excellent computer skill's (Must be reflected on cv)

  • a) 4 GCSE’s Grades A-C to include English Language (or equivalent Qualification)
  • OR

  • b) NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent qualification)
  • and

  • c) 1 year’s administrative /clerical experience.

  • Experience in using Microsoft WORD/ EXCEL/OUTLOOK or equivalent packages.
