Income Specialist

Holywood (BT18)

Salary c.£28K - £32K DOE

On behalf of our client a multi-site care home group, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an Income Specialist. Working as part of our client’s accounts team the post holder will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of this nursing home group.

You will ensure the timely and accurate billing of residents and health/social care trusts, reconcile accounts, address billing and payment-related queries, and maintain robust credit control processes.


Duties/Responsibilities:

· Billing and Income Management

· Credit Control

· Query Resolution

· Reporting and Analysis

· Process Improvement

· Ad hoc finance administration duties as and when required


Eligibility criteria:

· Previous experience working in a fast-paced Finance Department

· Previous experience in a similar income, billing, or credit control role.

· Previous experience in a multi-site care home group (Desirable)

· Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages

· Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Good analytical and numeracy skills

· Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload

· Accuracy and attention to detail.

· An ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent time management skills

· Keen eye for detail
