About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high production standards. With a shift rotation schedule, including a 3-day work week when on nights and no weekend work, this role offers a great work-life balance and excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimise and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Document and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing processes, ideally within the FMCG or quarrying sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a shift-based role.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
