HR Manager – Belfast – Professional Services

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning Professional Services firm in Belfast as they look to add an HR Manager to their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:

The successful HR Manager will be pivotal in driving the delivery of high-quality, impactful HR projects and a wide array of strategic HR initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Senior HR Generalist who is looking to take the next step in their career.

The main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy.
• Act as a trusted Business Partner, delivering expert advice and support to stakeholders.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies, universities, schools, and colleges to drive talent acquisition initiatives.
• Manage the performance review process and enhance the organisation’s performance management framework.
• Take a leading role in planning and implementing learning and development programmes.
• Support organisational growth, resolving both operational and team challenges.
• Handle all employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and effective resolution of performance issues.
• Lead the implementation of workplace well-being initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

• CIPD qualified.
• Significant hands-on, generalist HR experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to deliver effective HR operations and services to internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in managing recruitment campaigns, leading learning and development initiatives, and resolving employee relations issues.
• Excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
