About the Role:
As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the sales performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with experience in door-to-door sales, team supervision, and KPI management to make a significant impact within an organisation shaping the future of greener solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a field sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Conduct group training sessions to enhance team skills and address training needs.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to implement and optimise scheduled campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Drive the achievement of personal and team KPIs by providing mentorship and in-field guidance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
• Represent Greyhound Recycling in sales presentations, effectively communicating its unique selling points.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales, team management, and KPI monitoring.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Charismatic, confident, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
