As Technical Lead, you will play an integral role in a well-established and successful Food Manufacturer based in Monaghan that is experiencing significant growth, is now seeking a Technical Lead to join their ever-growing and innovative team. This company has a strong reputation for delivering quality products throughout ROI and the UK.

Your new role
Your role of Technical lead will consist of driving the technical vision and execution of innovative projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology across the food production and supply chain processes, as well as all unannounced third party, second party and department technical audits (BRC). Your role will also involve overseeing the use of new technologies that can improve product development.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate for the technical lead role will possess a strong personality, be extremely proactive and come with strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be process-driven with a keen eye for detail, and have the ability to effectively communicate across departments. BRC audit experience is essential.
