We are delighted to be hiring for a Key Account Manager here at MCS Group due to new key accounts going live in 2025!
As Key Account Manager, your main goal is to build profitable, long-term relationships with key clients, placing MCS as their primary recruitment partner. You'll ensure client needs are met and exceeded, delivering exceptional service and experiences.
You'll achieve this through personal service delivery on key accounts and by coordinating with the wider MCS team, bringing in additional expertise as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruiter and main contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Manage multiple clients, ensuring timely and positive service.
- Set and meet SLAs, defining success metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and anticipate needs.
- Coordinate with colleagues for consistent service.
- Communicate client needs internally.
- Conduct service reviews and report KPIs.
- Implement client feedback mechanisms.
- Provide market insights for client decisions.
- Align SLAs and services with company goals.
- Achieve financial and operational targets
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experienced recruiter with a passion for long-term client relationships.
- Committed to account success and positioning MCS Group as the go-to partner.
- Skilled negotiator and influencer.
- Detail-oriented, able to track and communicate SLA performance.
- Diligent and reliable, overcoming challenges with determination.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
