We are currently working with a Public Health Services Organisation in recruiting for an Administrator/ Personal Secretary.
Duties:
- To provide an effective secretarial support to Senior Management Team and their staff/professionals within the community teams. Diary management, setting up meetings via Outlook and minute taking of meetings.
- Preparation of reports/documents for meetings. Responsible for the day to day administrative functions of the office.
- Dealing with queries from service users, relatives, General Practitioners and their staff and outside agencies.
- Typing of correspondence and other documents as required.
- Effectively dealing with incoming calls from patients, relatives GP’s and other individuals or organisations, taking messages, ensuring follow-up and resolving any problems as appropriate to band. Recording of incoming-outgoing mail.
- Assist in the provision of information and data as required.
- To undertake any other secretarial tasks appropriate to the band.
- Staff must produce high quality and effective service and have clear telephone voice and manner when dealing with service users with a learning disability.
Location: Knockbracken
Full time position- 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Weekly Pay
£11.67 p/h
