Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable construction business, to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer on a full-time basis. This role will involve maintaining effective communication with tenants and is the ideal role for someone who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
The role of Customer Liaison Officer is a critical role within the team. This is a varied role, in which the successful candidate will uphold an effective line of communication for tenants, displaying exemplary levels of customer service. This role will involve conducting property inspections, co-ordinating any property maintenance issues raised with contractors and regularly reviewing/updating property compliance checks.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for a portfolio of properties, duties will include advertising any vacant properties and ensuring appropriate tenant screening/lease negotiations.
The right candidate for this role will have strong previous experience in delivering excellent customer service. You will pride yourself on your interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, varied role. Previous administration experience is essential for this role, and experience working within the property sector is highly advantageous. As this role will involve on-site property inspections, a valid driver’s licence is essential.
The package for this role is a competitive salary of £27000-£32000. This role will include a fuel allowance, and full benefits can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
