Salary: Level 5 £71,056 - £92,925
The Trust is seeking to appoint a Director of Community and Older People's Services who will provide strategic leadership for the development and delivery of a full range of services within the directorate. The focus will be on delivering improved integration of acute and primary care/community services, ensuring effective multidisciplinary working and achieving the most efficient use of resources. The director will lead the reform, transformation and modernisation of services within the directorate, in line with the regional strategic direction ensuring that the interests of service users and carers are at the heart of decision making.
