About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join this dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about web and mobile development and eager to contribute to cutting-edge insurance tech projects. You'll play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React.js, JavaScript, and other modern web development technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to design scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for a seamless customer experience.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web and mobile app development.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in software development, focusing on:
  • React.js and JavaScript.
  • Mobile application development.
  • Modern web development stacks.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience or knowledge of the Guidewire ecosystem or similar Insurance suites (Duckcreek etc)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
