Power Platform Solution Architect (D365)

MCS Group is partnering up with multi-national Managed Service Provider with a new hub in Belfast as they seek to add a Power Platform Solution Architect to their team (Dynamics 365)

About the Role: We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect to lead and deliver innovative CRM solutions. This is a key role responsible for guiding end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and delivering impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle Dynamics 365 projects from initial discovery through to deployment and post-launch support.

• Act as the primary expert in solution design, compliance, and governance throughout all project phases.

• Provide deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules to develop effective solutions.

• Identify client requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and propose optimal technology solutions, prioritising out-of-the-box functionality.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.

• Design system architecture in partnership with the Development Team and define specifications for customisation's.

• Mentor and develop team members, supporting their growth toward becoming skilled consultants and future Solution Architects.

• Establish and refine best practices, standards, and tools for Dynamics 365 implementation.

• Deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations of technology solutions to clients.

• Collaborate with other Solution Architects to maintain quality standards and enhance product knowledge.

• Support the Sales Team by contributing to Statements of Work and participating in bid proposals.

• Partner with the Digital Director on technology standards, strategic initiatives, and team development.

• Stay informed on D365 and Power Platform trends to influence strategic direction within the Digital Practice.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar) solutions across various modules.

• Strong understanding of solution design, compliance, and governance frameworks.

• Expertise in guiding teams and mentoring consultants.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to balance technical detail with business objectives.
