Maintenance Manager

As Maintenance Manager you will be supporting your maintenance team to ensure that any challenges within manufacturing are overcome to maximise production.

You will make sure that the maintenance team are working efficiently as well as the maintenance systems.

You will be:

• Leading the maintenance team to hit targets and KPI’s while providing mentorship when necessary
• Managing the maintenance departments budget
• Maintain and develop preventative maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime on production lines
• Assisting with the implementation of continuous improvement plans to enhance both maintenance processes & efficiency

You will need:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in a manufacturing background (Food/drink preferable but not essential)
• Previous experience managing a maintenance team
• Strong knowledge of both Mechanical & Electrical systems
