MCS Group is proud to be working with a leading name in the manufacturing of Construction products, to recruit an HSE Officer to join their multi-award winning HSEQ team in Antrim.

You will;

• Promote a positive and proactive safety culture through engagement, leadership, empowerment and accountability to ensure all our employees, customers and contractors go home safe
• Maintain, develop and audit the integrated HSEQ Management system to ensure a culture of continuous improvement is sustained while maintaining a working relationship with all internal and external regulators and stakeholders
• Utilise the internal auditing process to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements, HSEQ best practice, environmental permits/consents and all applicable International and British Standards.
• Contribute to a workplace culture that promotes and supports the physical and mental wellbeing of all employees and assist in ensuring the delivery of suitable HSEQ instruction, information and training
• Proactively monitor and enforce HSEQ compliance across the sites, assisting in the implementation of control measures ensuring that all operations are managed in such a way as to prevent injuries, ill health, customer complaints and minimise environmental impact
• Assist in the implementation and continual review of HSEQ policies, procedures, SOP’s.
