Paralegal Position – Newry (Office Based)
We are working with a prominent Newry law firm to recruit a committed Paralegal to join their legal team. This crucial role supports the efficient delivery of legal services and requires a thorough understanding of legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research to aid in case preparation.
- Organise and maintain case files, ensuring they are accurate and accessible.
- Draft legal documents and handle client correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
- Schedule meetings and track critical deadlines.
- Maintain confidential client records in line with legal standards.
- Handle correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent and/or 3 years experience in Legal Admin Role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective time management to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high caseload efficiently.
