Serve as the primary contact for bereaved families, offering empathetic guidance throughout the repatriation process.
Provide compassionate communication tailored to the sensitive nature of each case.

Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements in Northern Ireland and Ireland.
Collaborate with Trustees to plan for the charity’s sustainability and growth.
Who We Are Looking For:

Operational Excellence: Proven experience in managing complex processes in a regulated environment.
Leadership Skills: Capability to inspire and coordinate staff and volunteers.
Financial Acumen: Strong experience in budgeting and fiscal oversight.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the needs of families and the service, beyond traditional office hours.
Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and challenges faced by beneficiaries.
What’s on Offer:
An opportunity to make a profound difference in people’s lives.
A flexible working environment based in Newry, with hybrid options.
A competitive salary, reflecting the role’s responsibilities and impact.
