Our client based in Ballymena, is looking for an Admin Officers to join their team
Job Description- The job holder will be working as part of the Move to UC team as a case manager supporting claimants through the managed migration process as they make a claim to Universal Credit through award calculation. You will also be at the forefront providing insight to ccontribute to the evolving desiagn and learning that will shape the customer experience as we scale in 2024/2025. The Pre-claim team will - Answer telephone calls and signpost to further support made into a bespoke helpline available during normal business hours 8am to 6pm. Take follow-up action after the Migration Notice has issued. Implement extensions to "Claim by" date. Send Reminders. Carry out cancellations/deferrals. Update the Move Service. Action the "Notify IS and Record Overlapping Benefit to do" as part of claim termination work. Responsible for the Enhanced Support Journey (outbound calls, vulnerability check and potential Visiting Officer referral).Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative.
Wage:
- £12.59ph (weekly)

Length Of Assignment:
- 51 weeks
Work Pattern:
- Post is based on an 8am to 8pm working pattern Monday to Friday and a requirement to work every fourth Saturday 9am - 5pm. Jobholder will be required to work variety of patterns between 8am and 8pm. DWP business areas in Northern Ireland adhere to Great Britain Easter Public Holidays and jobholder will be required to observe the Easter Public Holidays of Good Friday and Easter Monday.
