This role offers a unique opportunity to drive a global go-to-market partner strategy while collaborating with industry-leading partners and leveraging cutting-edge conversational AI solutions.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have extensive experience in CX, CCaaS, or the contact centre domain, with a strong sales and partner management background.
- Bring technical expertise in SaaS solutions, particularly within partner ecosystems.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to develop and manage end-to-end sales cycles, driving new business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Have a proactive, results-driven approach, adept at building and nurturing relationships with technology and services partners.

- Train and support partner teams with Syndeo’s solutions, providing resources like pitch decks, demos, and case studies.
- Build a robust sales pipeline, leveraging partner collaboration to drive revenue through co-selling and account mapping.
- Foster long-term partnerships, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
