MCS Group is delighted to be working with an innovative scale-up company in the CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) sector to recruit a highly motivated Partner Sales Lead for their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive a global go-to-market partner strategy while collaborating with industry-leading partners and leveraging cutting-edge conversational AI solutions.

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have extensive experience in CX, CCaaS, or the contact centre domain, with a strong sales and partner management background.
  • Bring technical expertise in SaaS solutions, particularly within partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to develop and manage end-to-end sales cycles, driving new business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Have a proactive, results-driven approach, adept at building and nurturing relationships with technology and services partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable and develop strategic relationships with key partners to drive go-to-market success.
  • Train and support partner teams with Syndeo’s solutions, providing resources like pitch decks, demos, and case studies.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline, leveraging partner collaboration to drive revenue through co-selling and account mapping.
  • Foster long-term partnerships, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
