Occupational Therapy Stores Assistant

Randstad are currently recruiting a Stores and Equipment Assistant for the South Eastern Trust based in Lisburn to support the Occupational Therapy team

Requirements:

• Keen interest in Occupational Therapy would be highly advantageous
• 1 - 2 years experience working with patients in a health care setting
• Manual Handling is required for this role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable and willing to learn
• Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting including and Enhanced Access NI check

Responsibilities:

• Processing requests for patients from the wider occupational therapy/physio team
• Ordering equipment from other sites
• Involves lifting/moving of wheelchairs and other wheeled equipment
• Decontamination of equipment being returned back to site
