Network Project Engineer

MCS Group is proud to partner with a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced 3rd Line Network Engineer to join their dynamic team. Role Details:

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)

• Location: Belfast office

• Working Arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert 3rd Line Network support and manage project implementations for a range of clients.

• Provide occasional on-site and hardware support on the UK mainland (travel is infrequent).

• Work with Aruba, Cisco, HP, and Dell network devices, showcasing strong expertise in networking technologies.

• Collaborate within a small, supportive, and highly skilled project team.

About You:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Network Engineer in a busy internal support environment or MSP setting.

• Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills with proven experience in implementing new networks and upgrading existing client infrastructures.

• Soft Skills: Friendly, professional, and approachable with a strong focus on service delivery.

• Communication: Confident in liaising with company owners, directors, and senior managers.

• Motivation: Enthusiastic about problem-solving and eager to grow in a challenging, technical environment.

• Other Requirements: A valid driver’s license due to occasional travel requirements.
