Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring smooth operations and high team performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimise equipment efficiency and minimise downtime.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team, leveraging your dual-skilled expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to align maintenance activities with the company's growth and expansion objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing maintenance engineers in a manufacturing environment.
• Dual-skilled aptitude, with strong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Previous experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable, but candidates from any manufacturing background will be considered.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
