Your new role
As a Senior Electrical Lead, you will be instrumental in managing multidisciplinary projects, offering technical support, and mentoring other Electrical Engineers. You will actively develop the skills and capabilities of the electrical team, including supervising and training junior engineers. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the design aspects of building services for both small and large projects, working closely with other team members.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Architectural Engineering/Building Services, Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Min 6+ years post-grad electrical design experience in building services
- Chartered or willingness to work towards
- Previous experience using Revit software and/or Amtech Software
- Experience of BREEAM or having working familiarity with environmental assessment methods
- Familiar with BIM
- Good knowledge of CIBSE design standards etc
- Excellent leadership skills and client-focused
- Able to adapt to different cultures and working environments.
