MCS Group is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join an established financial organisation in Northern Ireland. The Role:

• Provide comprehensive support to end users, covering applications and IT infrastructure

• Deliver both on-site and remote troubleshooting solutions effectively

• Contribute to key projects essential for the organisation's ongoing success

• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain and enhance the organisation's cybersecurity standards

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience in resolving technical issues at 1st and 2nd line support levels

• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, O365, and Mac iOS

• Strong ability to deliver exceptional end-user support in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to assist colleagues with ad hoc project work, expanding your IT systems and technology experience
