MCS Group is proud to be working with a leading food manufacturing company with sites across the UK & Europe to recruit an Operations Excellence Co-Ordinator to join their ever-growing team.

Work with the Operations Excellence Director to deliver value through the implementation, maturity development and sustainability of the site OPEX model.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience showing a strong culture of involvement & influence with people through coaching & empowerment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to promote ownership & accountability at all levels of the organisation

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in the FMCG Industry
• Experience in Lean Manufacture/Continuous Improvement
• Focused mindset with great problem solving skills
• Able to handle conflict in a positive manner and be resilient
• Degree in a relevant discipline
• Lean six sigma L4 qualification
