I am delighted to be working alongside a prestigious retail business to recruit for a Marketing Executive to support the growing organisation by planing, developing and implementing the marketing strategy.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in creating and executing marketing strategies to showcase products and retail offerings. Collaborating closely with the senior management team, you will develop impactful campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness, increasing store visibility, and driving customer footfall. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong analytical skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a sharp attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across all physical locations and e-commerce platforms.
• Market Research: Conduct research to analyse market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for new retail lines. Lead the implementation of new product lines to boost store and company revenue.
• Store Development: Collaborate with external suppliers to create and implement strategies that enhance in-store footfall. Explore and develop new customer-focused product offerings.
• Content Creation: Produce and oversee content for marketing materials, including website updates, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms by creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and engaging with customers to address inquiries and feedback.

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
