My client a leading public sector organisation is seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Secretary to provide confidential administrative support to a senior member of the management team. As a Personal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the senior manager in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Hours: 18.75 hrs
Rate: £11.67 per hour
Requirements:
1a. GCSE in Maths and English grades A-C
or equivalent AND 2 x A-levels or equivalent AND 18 months experience in a secretarial role to include typing, diary management and communication with all levels of the organisation
OR
1b. 3 years’ experience in a secretarial role to include typing, diary management and communication with all levels of the organisation.
2. RSA/OCR Stage 2 (both parts) typing or word processing OR 1-year word processing experience.
3. Experience of minute taking
4. Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoints
5. Effective communications skills which will meet the needs of the post in full.
6. An ability to manage workload effectively and meet strict deadlines.
7. An ability to provide leadership and support to team members.
8. Experience of working as part of a team.
