4 x Picker and Packers/ Pouch Fillers - Gilford

On behalf of our client, a leading food supplement manufacturer, we are recruiting 4 members of staff urgently required to work in the picking and packing as well as the pouch filling department. These roles will be based in their new factory in Gilford.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:50am-6pm with a 1 hour lunch break from 1pm-2pm. The pay rate is £12 per hour with an increase to £13 per hour once 3 months of training has been completed. This role will initially be on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent depending on job performance.

The main duties for the picking and packing part of the role will include packing slips, picking orders for the client, packing goods and applying labels, updating the system once an order has been processed, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. For the pouch filling part of the role you will use a counting machine to count out the amount of supplements needed, you will check that the machine is working correctly, check inside the capsule and that the quality is of a high standard and then add labels.
