Accounts Assistant - Belfast City Centre

Hays are delighted to be working with a fast growing and innovative travel management company who due to growth and expansion need to strengthen the support within their Accounts team.
Your new role
•Working as a cohesive team member to ensure the smooth day to day running of the finance function – specifically accounts payable, receivable and bank and general reconciliations.•Invoicing, dealing with client and supplier correspondence and credit card reconciliations
•Bank reconciliations for UK and Irish bank accounts
•Preparation of month end files for accounts prep
•Preparation of grant applications and claims
What you'll need to succeed
•Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (or equivalent)
•Working knowledge of Xero or similar accounts package
•Excel and Microsoft Experience to a high standard
•Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment
•Good communicator and team player
What you'll get in return
•£12.00 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience
