Health Records Clerk / Receptionist required for an immediate start working in Craigavon Area Hospital.

This post is initially for 3 months within the nursing and midwifery department.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £11.45 per hour.

The main duties will include carrying out a range of outpatient reception duties to include meeting and greeting of patients and all associated computer work eg making and reviewing appointments, answering calls and calling patients as required, administration duties such as photocopying and scanning, issuing appointment letters, retrieving and preparing clinical records, filing duties, and ensuring all data is recorded, stored and updated correctly.

What We Need From You

  • 4 GCSE’s all grade C or above to include English and Maths
  • 1 year administration experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
