FM Quantity Surveyor
Are you looking for a FM Quantity Surveyor role? Interested in working for an M&E specialist?

VANRATH are recruiting a FM Quantity Surveyor to join a leading M&E specialist.

Remuneration:
£Competitive Salary + Excellent benefits package

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with FM Contracts Managers to monitor project budgets and ensure accurate, timely information input for clear reporting making
• Manage and submit variations for each contract, ensuring they are properly tracked and executed for FM managers and accounts
• Monitor and review subcontractor invoices to ensure they match valid purchase orders and agreed costs
• Regularly review customer contracts for renewals, potential opportunities, innovation, and margin improvements
• Keep the live database of PPM contracts updated, tracking performance, and comparing sell values to costs along with keeping all contract folders updated
• Manage FM tenders alongside FM Contract Managers and the Head of FM, along with other contract quotations and estimates

The Ideal Person:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Ability and desire to maintain good working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal staff
• Possess excellent IT systems knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A confident self-starter; someone who is highly motivated and capable of managing their own workload
• Client relationship management
• Full clean driving license
