School Vision:

This campus will open in September 2024 and is an expansion on the Colleges already operating in Tirana.

Initially the school will offer Grades 1 - 5 PYP Primary classes and Grades 6 - 9 teaching IB MYP. It is anticipated the school will start with around 150 students offering the opportunity for ambitious teachers to come in at the start and help shape the running of this school with the relevant progression opportunities that such a situation presents.

Location Overview:

Living in Tirana offers a gateway to Europe and is a 2hr flight from most locations in Europe and directly across the Adriatic from Italy. Albania offers a low cost living experience in a city which prides itself on having the best food scene in the Balkans, alongside great nature and history, Tirana itself is a dynamic city location yet the mountains and glorious coastline are still easily accessible.

Requirements:

• A suitable teaching qualification with a minimum of two years teaching experience id preferred
• IB curriculum knowledge is preferred however teachers who can evidence A level or equivalent experience alongside a student centred and inquiry based approach to their teaching are welcome to apply
• Experience of working with EAL students
• Previous international experience is welcomed
• Flexible and adaptable with a can do attitude
