Our client, a leading company in he FMCG sector, is seeking a skilled and versatile Dual-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team on a permanent day shift. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance to uphold safety and reliability standards.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to optimise equipment performance and address technical issues.
• Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing equipment efficiency and reducing downtime.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a dual-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
