Your new role
The individual will be responsible for managing the company’s internal IT systems and End User Services. Key tasks include overseeing Windows-based services (email, file sharing), providing desktop support, and handling incidents using JIRA Service Desk. Additionally, they will manage Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 4 years of experience supporting ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA Service Management).
- Proficiency in Windows 8/10 systems, Microsoft Windows 2012/2016 Server, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or SharePoint Online.
- Troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
