Job Title: Team Lead

Working Hours: 35 hours per week with hybrid working and flexible shift patterns available between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Salary Range: £22,154.00 to £25,069.00 per annum (depending on experience). Potential to earn up to £3000 per annum in performance related bonuses.

To the best of our ability, we will provide IT equipment to allow for hybrid working but you will require access to a suitable broadband connection at home

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Work directly to the Client Account Manager

2. With your manager, formulate and implement company strategies in relation to client care issues and policies

3. Develop an acceptable level of knowledge in relation to: All client systems, policies and data processes. Technical requirements by any client or in-house system and any other processes, workflows as required by On-Music

4. Provide training for new users as directed and agreed including documentation and feedback

5. Maintain excellent client relationships

6. Provide ad hoc reports to your manager or clients on team processing achievements in relation to targets

7. Use site visits and meetings as necessary to promote the company products and services

8. Manage team performance achieving company working practices and any client requirements

9. Manage team performance to ensure client requirements are reached

10. Develop personal improvement plans for staff under your care where applicable

11. Provide guidance and support to any team member as required


General

1. Attend all meetings as required

2. Liaise effectively with internal management

3. To provide cover when and as agreed with the Senior Management team

4. To adhere to the terms, conditions and good practices of the company within the On-Music Colleague Handbook

5. Any other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed with the Managing Director
