- THE ROLE -
The postholder will provide a range of administrative support for the University's Global Recruitment and Engagement team in order to enhance the University's international recruitment efforts.
- ABOUT YOU -
- A good standard of numeracy and literacy either by qualification (GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above, at minimum) or evidenced by work-related activities.
- Experience of raising purchase orders, financial transfers, and other finance related tasks.
- Experience of drafting routine correspondence, papers, reports, and spreadsheets, as well as preparation and formatting of documents, extracting and manipulating data and information across different desktop and IT office applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience of arranging meetings, making travel arrangements, and of servicing meetings in a business/work environment; including taking notes and contributing to the work/actions arising from committees/meetings.
- Evidence of success in the delivery of comprehensive administrative support for a range of activities and stakeholders.
- Evidence of ability to carry out tasks with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work outside of normal office hours on occasion, as required to meet the needs of the role.
