- THE ROLE -
Working with the Director of Global Engagement and the Pro-Vice Chancellor and Executive Dean for Global Partnerships, the Head of Global Recruitment will lead on the development and delivery of the University’s international recruitment and associated targets under the Global Engagement strategy. They will adopt full leadership of the University's overall activity in this area, and work closely with internal, and senior stakeholders to ensure that all such work aligns fully with the University's wider internationalisation objectives and targets.

- ABOUT YOU -
- An honours degree at 2:1 classification or higher.
- Significant on and offline student recruitment experience, gained within a HE environment.
- Experience in financial and budgetary monitoring and management.
- Experience of motivating teams domestically and internationally, toward ambitious targets whilst supporting high performance.
- Experience in digital market and lead generation techniques, including engagement and targeted approach to aid conversion through the full applicant journey from lead to applicant to enrolment.
- Proven experience conducting market research and data analysis to assess recruitment opportunities, development business cases and evaluate ROI.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work outside of normal office hours as required by the needs of the post.
