About The Role
Duties & responsibilities
- Servicing of existing policies – assisting with changes and renewals
- Cross-selling of NFU Mutual products
- Generation of leads and renewal dates for General Insurance plus Financial Services, Health and Safety advice (Risk Management) and our professional services suite of products
- Collection of payments
- Claims handling
About You
- Be comfortable working in a regulatory & compliance based environment.
- A desire to develop customer relationships & increase sales.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated, hardworking, and be able to work with your own initiative.
- Ability to work both within a team and independently.
- Have good computer skills and be able to work across various platforms.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or better (or equivalent) including Math’s and English
Successful candidates will be required to complete training organised by NFU Mutual within an agreed timeframe.

This role falls under the Insurance Distribution Directive. This means there is a requirement for Continuous Professional Development in role, in addition to ongoing screening checks once in post.

- 2 years previous customer service experience in a similar environment
- A minimum of 1 year previous experience in Insurance sales
