SaaS Product Marketing Manager

MCS Group is working with a multi-award winning local software house as they look for a SaaS Product Marketing Manager to join their team! In this role, you will lead the marketing strategy for an award-winning suite of SaaS products, driving the success of new product launches for a homegrown, local success story with a global reach.

The Role

• Develop and execute robust marketing strategies to drive awareness, sales and retention of award-winning software products
• Perform in-depth market analysis and competitor research to uncover industry patterns, customer demands, and unique selling points
• Produce premium marketing materials, including sales assets, user manuals, success stories, articles, and more
• Plan and roll out launch strategies for introducing new products launches and updates to the market
• Work cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, Development and Customer Success teams to provide tools, training, and support that accelerate business growth.
• Evaluate performance indicators to assess campaign success and optimize plans using data-driven insights and analytics

The Person

• 5+ years in a Product Marketing role, focusing on SaaS products within a Software organisation
• Prior experience managing technical product launches and long-term product marketing strategies
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software products and features
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
• Strong understanding of data and analytical reporting
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Software Development and Sales
• The ideal candidate will have a technical / Software as a Service background

• Salary up to £60k
• Hybrid working – 2/3 days per week in Belfast office
